For a long time, I had one simple question:

Why can I control my Sennheiser headphones properly from mobile, but not from Windows?

Sennheiser Smart Control is available for iOS and Android, but there is no dedicated Windows desktop control app for everyday headphone control. So I decided to build one myself.

I started SmartControl-Desktop, an unofficial Windows desktop client for supported Sennheiser headphones. At this stage, it supports Sennheiser Momentum 4 on Windows.

This project is not just about headphones. It is about how I approach engineering.

I believe every artifact I ship should be tested, stable, and intentional. I do not believe in “almost working.” I do not believe in careless bugs. For me, building software is connected to intuition, discipline, and a way of life.

If seniority means deep experience, sound judgment, and the ability to make fewer mistakes because you have learned how to think before you build, then it is also reflected in discipline, and consistency.

It is in the way you approach problems, the care you put into every detail, and the responsibility you take for the quality of what you deliver.

Real seniority is not just time served.

It is maturity in execution.

This is still the beginning, but I am happy with how far it has come.
